Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design, oversee and manage architectural projects from concept to completion;
- Work on diverse and challenging projects, including both large and small-scale developments;
- Carry out any required drawings, cost estimates and specifications for various projects;
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure work is carried out to the highest standards;
- Provide expert advice on the use of materials, and construction techniques;
- Submission of PA and BCA applications and taking over the role of Perit in Charge for designated projects.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- A valid Perit warrant issued or acknowledged by the Periti Warranting Board in Malta, enabling the individual to practise their profession in Malta.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience post-warrant.
- Strong knowledge of Maltese building regulations and construction practices.
- A valid driving license and personal transport.
