Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Take ownership of assigned project/s from concept until completion to ensure timely delivery of projects;
- Work on diverse and challenging projects, including both large and small-scale developments;
- Develop, and update as necessary, the programme of works required to ensure that projects are executed on time and as planned;
- Regular site visits to check on project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs, budgets, schedules, and quality standards;
- Work with and manage third-party contractors and service providers;
- Ensure that all conditions stipulated in the contracts are strictly adhered to.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- An MQF Level 6 Qualification or higher in Construction Engineering or Construction Project Management or equivalent;
- Strong knowledge of Maltese building regulations and construction practices;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects software and preferably also proficient in AutoCAD;
- A valid & clean Driving Licence and personal transport;
- Related work experience will be considered an asset.
