Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing confidential, professional support to employees experiencing personal or work-related challenges that may impact their wellbeing or performance.
- Contributing to a healthy, respectful, and supportive workplace culture through early intervention, emotional support, and appropriate referrals.
- Strengthening employee resilience and foster work-life balance, enabling staff to manage stressors and maintain productivity and engagement.
- Acting as a bridge between employees and management, when appropriate, to address systemic issues that may affect staff morale or retention.
- Supporting the organisation’s commitment to employee wellbeing by contributing to initiatives that enhance mental health awareness, team cohesion, and psychosocial safety at work.
- Offering confidential one-to-one support to employees dealing with personal, social, or work-related difficulties, such as stress, burnout, mental health concerns, family issues, or bereavement.

About You
The ideal candidate should have:
- A first degree at MQF Level 6 from a recognised university in a relevant field with a minimum of 1 years' experience.
- In possession of a valid driving licence (a copy must be presented with application).
