Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Plan the roster in advance for the weighbridge controllers and maintain the necessary updates due to vacation leave requests and sick leave.
- Coordinate and administer HR related processes such as, but not limited to, punches, schedule, leave, overtime and sick of all employees.
- Organise replacement of employees due to absences and/or in emergency cases and, when on duty, even temporarily replace other weighbridge controllers when arrangements for their replacement cannot be made.
- Be available at least until the latest closure time of the weighbridges to respond to any emergencies and to receive messages/emails regarding sick leave by employees detailed for duty on the following day.
- Ensure all equipment, including weighbridges structures, weighbridges electrical components, pits, pumps and other related installations, monitors, switches, computers and cameras are working properly and to report any malfunctions to Superior as soon as possible;
- Be the main point of reference for the weighbridge controllers to guide the staff to operate smoothly and be able to trouble shoot any problems.

About You
The ideal candidate must be:
- In possession of an MQF Level 5 qualification
OR - In possession of an MQF Level 4 qualification and 2 years’ related work experience
OR - 5 O’levels – Grades 1-5 at MQF Level 3 and 3 Years related work experience
Moreover the selected candidate must:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to meet deadline and manage timeframes
- Have a Valid & Clean Police Conduct (a copy of must be presented with the application)
